The Ribault Trojans scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They really took it to Ridgeview for the full four quarters, racking up a 88-44 victory at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Ribault has managed all season.
Ribault's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caleb Williams, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and ten assists. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Williams has scored at least 25% of Ribault's points. Another player making a difference was Kaleb McDuffie, who scored 22 points.
Ribault pushed their record up to 12-5 with that victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.1 points per game. As for Ridgeview, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.
Ribault will head out on the road to face off against First Coast at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ridgeview, they will be playing at home against Middleburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
