On Friday, The King/Drew Golden Eagles got themselves on the board against the Fremont Pathfinders, but the Fremont Pathfinders never followed suit. They breezed by the Pathfinders on the road to the tune of 32-0. The win was familiar territory for King/Drew who now have three in a row.
Keenan Jackson was a one-man wrecking crew for King/Drew as he rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, and also threw for 205 yards and two touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. Kameron Gates did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 100 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
King/Drew's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Fremont, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King/Drew will take on Dorsey at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fremont, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Crenshaw at 7:30 p.m.
