Volleyball Recap: Lynbrook Takes a Loss

Lynbrook extended their losing streak to four on Wednesday, dropping them down to 10-9. They came up short against the Wilcox Chargers, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Vikings have suffered against the Chargers since October 14, 2022.

Despite the loss, Lynbrook still got an impressive performance from Ariel Bowers, who had ten digs. Bowers is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

As for Wilcox, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-14. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory they have posted against Lynbrook since October 14, 2022.

Wilcox was led to victory by Sienna Spencer and Isha Bisht. Spencer had 23 digs and six assists, while Bisht had 12 digs and two aces.

Lynbrook has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Saratoga on the 27th. As for Wilcox, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Cupertino on the 27th.
