Adding to the longest winning streak in Chagrin Valley - Valley this week, Kirtland beat McDonald 57-0. This was the team's 11th consecutive win.
Kirtland took down the Blue Devils 57-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Adam Hess ran for 131 yards in the win.
Kirtland's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Hornets feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Sam Skiljan has thrown for 1,229 yards and 19 touchdowns this season, while Ryan Loncar has 19 catches for 409 yards.
Tiger (Phillip) Laverde's team's Hess needs only 21 yards against Aquinas next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Hess has rushed for 979 yards on 108 carries so far this year.
The Hornets led the league in scoring this week after putting up 57 points on McDonald. Hess ran for 131 yards during the win.
