In what's become a running theme this season, the Hamilton Aggies gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 91-38 win over Curry. Hamilton's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Aubrey Sorrells continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 38 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Hamilton's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Parker, who scored 21 points along with five rebounds and five steals.
The victory (which was Hamilton's seventh in a row) raised their record to 17-5. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for Curry, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Brilliant at 12:30 p.m. on January 27th. Brilliant is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Curry, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Addison at 5:00 p.m.
