The Santee Warriors will head out on the road to square off against the Marty Indian Braves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Santee suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were beaten by St. Mary's 88-45. Santee's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Meanwhile, Marty Indian pushed their score all the way to 61 two weeks ago, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 67-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of Crazy Horse.
Santee's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Marty Indian, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-4.
Santee was able to grind out a solid win over Marty Indian when the teams last played back in January of 2022, winning 64-56. Does Santee have another victory up their sleeve, or will Marty Indian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
