The Ramsey Rams entered their tilt with the West Milford Highlanders with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Ramsey took down West Milford 49-35 on Tuesday. That's another feather in the cap for Ramsey, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
West Milford's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Avery Vacca, who scored 12 points along with five assists and three steals, and Sarah Benowitz who scored 14 points. The match was Vacca's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Vivian Sirnik, who scored three points along with three steals.
Ramsey's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for West Milford, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.
Ramsey will be home for the holidays to greet Dumont at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Milford, they will head out on the road to face off against DePaul Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
