It was a proper cat-fight when North Pike took on Brookhaven on Tuesday. North Pike came out on top against Brookhaven by a score of 9-4.

Anna Claire Weber spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on eight hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Sarah Lawrence was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March of 2024. Ahlyana Houston was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
The home team had come away the winner the last four times Germantown and Clinton had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. Germantown came out on top in a nail-biter against Clinton on Thursday, sneaking past 6-4. The victory continues a trend for the Mavericks in their matchups with the Arrows: they've now won three in a row.
Mackenzie Donnell tossed a big game, striking out nine batters over 5.2 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off nine hits.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Presley Merkich, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Glasgow, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.
Germantown's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-6. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for North Pike, their win bumped their record up to 4-12.
