The Desert Christian Knights and the Santa Rosa Academy Rangers squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but sadly the Desert Christian Knights had to settle for second. They were the victim of a rough 5-2 loss at the hands of the Rangers.
Desert Christian's loss dropped their record down to 5-9-1. As for Santa Rosa Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.
Desert Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Santa Rosa Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against Rancho Verde at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Santa Rosa Academy will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Rancho Verde surely won't give up without a fight.
