The Bethel Baptist Academy Miners will head out to challenge the Solid Rock Christian School Swordsmen at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Solid Rock Christian School took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Bethel Baptist Academy, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Bethel Baptist Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Fairwinds Christian, but they still walked away with a 44-39 victory.

It was another big night for Nathan Stahl, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 23 boards. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points. Nick Rizzon was another key player, putting up 11 points and five steals.
Meanwhile, Solid Rock Christian School ended up a good deal behind The Pilgrim Academy on Saturday and lost 59-42. The Swordsmen haven't had much luck with the Pioneers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Despite the loss, Solid Rock Christian School saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Drew Reese dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten boards. Reese is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jordan Patterson, who posted eight points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.
Even though they lost, Solid Rock Christian School smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 14 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.
Having lost for the first time this season, Solid Rock Christian School fell to 2-1. As for Bethel Baptist Academy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Bethel Baptist Academy has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 37 boards per game. However, it's not like Solid Rock Christian School struggles in that department as they've been averaging 32.3 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
