The Ranburne Bulldogs''s three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They blew past Central of Coosa County 64-39. With Ranburne ahead 42-13 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Kaide Garrett was a one-man wrecking crew for Ranburne as he threw for 152 yards and four touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 83 yards on only eight carries. Curtis Daniel and his 83 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Ranburne's win.
Ranburne's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Central of Coosa County, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 2-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ranburne will take on Randolph County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
