The Harrison Raiders and the Anderson Indians will face off  at 8:00  p.m.  on January 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Harrison is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
 Last Saturday, Harrison beat Benton Central 57-45. The  victory was just what Harrison needed coming off of a  76-42 defeat in their prior  match.
 Harrison's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Malachi King led the charge by  scoring 11 points along with nine  rebounds and five  assists. The team also got some help courtesy of  Reid Smith, who  scored 14 points.
 Meanwhile,  Anderson unfortunately witnessed the end of their  four-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a  58-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hamilton Southeastern.
 Despite the  defeat, Anderson had strong showings from  Damien King, who  dropped  a double-double on 20 points and ten  rebounds, and  Javon Warfield, who  scored 20 points along with five  rebounds. Warfield continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's  played.
 Harrison's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Anderson, their loss  ended a nine-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 10-3.
 Harrison suffered a grim  77-53 defeat to Anderson  in their previous matchup  back in January of 2023. Thankfully for Harrison,  Ahmere Carson (who  dropped  a double-double on 26 points and ten  rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
