It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Rosewood had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Northwest Halifax Vikings as they made off with a 14-3 win. Considering the Eagles have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Graham Lassiter was incredible, going 1-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Cam Rye, who went 1-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
Rosewood is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.
