Eldorado has been on the road for two straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Hamilton County Foxes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Eldorado suffered their closest defeat yet this season on Monday. They fell just short of Flora by a score of 45-42.
Hamilton County can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 65-49 win over Flora. The win was just what Hamilton County needed coming off of a 58-32 loss in their prior match.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hamilton County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rayci Phelps, who scored 22 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Phelps has scored at least a third of Hamilton County's points. Another player making a difference was Kaylie Brake, who scored eight points along with ten rebounds and five assists.
Eldorado has been struggling recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season. As for Hamilton County, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-12.
Eldorado came up short against Hamilton County when the teams last played two weeks ago, falling 54-47. Can Eldorado avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
