Edison Academy won the last time they faced Stevenson and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Pioneers put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 11-5 win. The result was nothing new for the Pioneers, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Edison Academy has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Stevenson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Edison Academy will challenge Anderson at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Titans' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Pioneers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Stevenson, they will square off against Western International at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Spartans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cowboys have averaged an impressive 7.9 runs per game this season.
