Luther won against Casady on Tuesday with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Wednesday. The Luther Lions came out on top against the Pawhuska Huskies by a score of 56-45. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Despite the loss, Pawhuska still got an impressive performance from Dax Godsey, who went 9 for 13 on his way to 23 points. The dominant performance gave Godsey a new career-high in points.

Luther has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Pawhuska, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Luther will venture away from home to take on Community Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pawhuska, they will head out on the road to challenge Newkirk at 8:00 p.m. on January 16th.
