City College have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They will take on Douglass at 3:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.
City College ended up a good deal behind Patterson when they played last Thursday, losing 6-21. This makes it the second defeat in a row for City College.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Douglass, and their game last Friday only extended their streak of losses to three. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-42 to Mergenthaler Vo-Tech.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
