Claremont extended their winning streak to five on Friday, bumping them up to 5-0. They took their match with ease, bagging a 56-7 victory over the La Salle Lancers. The contest marked the Wolfpack's most dominant win of the season.
Leading Claremont to victory were Brandon Coronado and Tai Thompson. Coronado threw for 238 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes, while Thompson gained 146 total yards and four touchdowns. 92 of Coronado's passing yards were hauled in by Doug Yegge.
Claremont didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Logan Sneed, Kingston Fajardo, and Bix Lazar picked up one apiece.
