Meanwhile, Nathan Hale's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a serious blow against Rock Creek, falling 79-26.
Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Nathan Hale, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
Everything came up roses for Memorial against Nathan Hale in their previous matchup back in February as the squad secured a 65-20 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Memorial since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
