Fort Lupton had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.4 points) and they went ahead and made it ten on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by  a  47-26 margin over the Arrupe Jesuit Generals. The Bluedevils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six  games by 20  points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fort Lupton to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Maddie Beverly, who  posted 17 points along with seven  boards and six  steals. Fort Lupton is 8-1 when  Beverly posts five or  more  steals, but 3-6 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of  Marely Gomez, who  scored ten  points in addition to eight  assists and seven  steals.
 Fort Lupton  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 13  offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least 12  offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive  contests.
Fort Lupton's win was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 11-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.0 points over those games. As for Arrupe Jesuit,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 8-11.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Lupton will challenge Jefferson at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Jefferson will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something Fort Lupton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Arrupe Jesuit, they will head out to  take on The Academy  at 5:30  p.m.  on February 18th.
