Volleyball Recap: Las Lomas Extends Winning Streak to Four

Las Lomas extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Tate Thompson. The Las Lomas Knights came out on top against the Albany Cougars by a score of 2-0 on Saturday which was due in part to Thompson, who had two aces and one block. That's the most aces he has posted over his last four matchups.

Las Lomas not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Albany between 19 and 20 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20.

Las Lomas' win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. As for Albany, they moved to 5-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Las Lomas has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Northgate on the 8th. As for Albany, they will face off against De Anza at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
