Even though the Greendale Panthers scored an imposing 81 points on Thursday, the Milwaukee Lutheran Red Knights still came out on top. Milwaukee Lutheran managed a 86-81 win over Greendale. The win made it back-to-back wins for Milwaukee Lutheran.
Isaiah Allen was his usual excellent self, scoring 28 points along with five steals. Allen is absolutely dominating the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Markell Causey, who scored 13 points along with seven assists and two steals.
Milwaukee Lutheran now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Greendale, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.
Milwaukee Lutheran will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Oak Creek at 7:00 p.m. Oak Creek is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Greendale, they will head out on the road to take on New Berlin Eisenhower at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
