The Heritage Panthers won the last time they faced the Satellite Scorpions, and things went their way  on Friday too. Heritage walked away with  a   64-53  win over Satellite. The  victory was all the more spectacular given Heritage's disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings  (they are ranked 405th, while Satellite is ranked 174th).
 Heritage got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Conrad Bryant out in front who  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and 11  rebounds. Bryant is on a roll when it comes to  rebounds, as he's  now  pulled down eight or more in the last four games he's  played.  David Simpkins was another key contributor,  scoring 21 points along with five  assists.
 Heritage's win bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Satellite,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 12-4.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heritage will take on Space Coast at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Satellite won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against Cocoa Beach at 2:00  p.m.  on January 20th. Cocoa Beach is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 59.2  points per game.
