Volleyball Recap: Canyon Beats Clemens for Their Fourth Straight Win

Canyon won the last time they faced Clemens, and Logan Sanders did her part to make sure it happened again. The Cougars blew past the Buffaloes 3-0 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Sanders, who had seven digs and four aces. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 14 or more assists the last 62 times she's played.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-19, 25-14.

The victory (which was Canyon's fourth in a row) raised their record to 21-12. As for Clemens, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-17.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Canyon is set to take on their familiar foe East Central at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Clemens will square off against rival Johnson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
