The Addison Bulldogs were the 55-33 winner over the Vinemont Eagles when they last played one another back in December of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. Addison took a serious blow against Vinemont on Monday, falling 64-24. Addison has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Vinemont found their leader in underclassman Reagan Robinson, who scored 17 points along with 8 steals. Robinson has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Maggie Burks, who scored 12 points.
Addison's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Vinemont, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Addison will take on Lynn at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Vinemont won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Good Hope at 5:45 p.m. on November 28th. Good Hope knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past four games -- so hopefully Vinemont likes a good challenge.
