After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Forney, Longview was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Tyler Legacy Raiders as they made off with a 19-8 victory. The result was nothing new for the Lobos, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Longview's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-12. As for Tyler Legacy, their loss was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 6-17.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Longview will take on rival Rockwall-Heath at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Tyler Legacy is set to challenge their familiar foe Rockwall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
