It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 6-42, which was the final score in Palisades Park/Leonia's tilt against Glen Rock last Friday. Palisades Park/Leonia were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-35.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Garfield, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 6-21 loss to Rutherford. Garfield were down by 0-21 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
