After three games on the road, Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North is heading back home. They will take on the Surrattsville Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Surrattsville suffered their biggest defeat since December 7, 2023 on Thursday. They had to suffer through a rough 75-29 loss at the hands of Gwynn Park. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Surrattsville in their matchups with Gwynn Park: they've now lost six in a row.
Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Surrattsville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.
