Charleston Catholic had won two straight games and Ali Wilcox did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Irish walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Nicholas County Grizzlies with plenty of help from Wilcox, who had 11 digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last 24 times she's played.

Charleston Catholic easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-5.

Charleston Catholic's win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Coincidentally, Charleston Catholic and Nicholas County will both be playing Clay County the next time they take the court. The Irish will head out to face the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Grizzlies will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
