Amherst will have to contain Cohen Rohde as he made an impact in Sumner-Eddyville-Miller's last game. He dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Rohde a new career-high in boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Preston Beattie, who scored eight points in addition to six rebounds and three blocks.
Sumner-Eddyville-Miller's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Amherst, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Amherst has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 31.4 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Sumner-Eddyville-Miller struggles in that department as they've been averaging 31.4 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
