Antwerp stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 68-35 win over Edon. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 47-22.
Antwerp had a senior duo take command as Landon Brewer scored 24 points along with six rebounds and five assists and Carson Altimus went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and 0 assists. That makes it four consecutive games in which Brewer has scored at least a third of Antwerp's points. Another player making a difference was Ben Savina, who scored five points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Tinora beat Paulding 58-47 on Friday.
Antwerp's win bumped their record up to 18-2. As for Tinora, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season.
