With a playoff win on the line, Potlatch rose to the challenge  on Friday. They skirted past the Glenns Ferry Pilots  2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Loggers sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
 Jameson Morris spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on one hit and racked up 12 Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in three consecutive appearances.
 At the plate, Potlatch saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Logan Carpenter, who  went 1-for-3 with one  stolen base and one  run.
Potlatch pushed their record up to 19-2 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Glenns Ferry, they now  have a losing record of 12-13-1.
Potlatch will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Pilots: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday.
