Those nine strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was even better at the plate, going 4-for-6 with seven RBI, four runs, and two doubles.
In other batting news, Leuzinger got a massive performance out of Taryn Hill, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with five RBI, three runs, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Ceja, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, two runs, and one double.
