It was a good run, but Bishop Loughlin unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They lost 11-3 to the St. Edmund Prep Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-3 back in March.

Bishop Loughlin saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabella Duverge, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Bishop Loughlin's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for St. Edmund Prep, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bishop Loughlin will welcome St. Saviour at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Edmund Prep, they will face off against Nazareth at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
