It was a good run, but Glenn unfortunately witnessed the end of their 16-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 48-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Frankenmuth Eagles. The matchup marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Frankenmuth's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Caden Sommerfield led the charge by putting up nine points in addition to five assists and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Edwards, who shot 42% from the field on his way to 12 points.

Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 18-3. As for Frankenmuth, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-6.

Glenn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Frankenmuth, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Eagles face off against the Falcons at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Freeland's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 20 contests.
