After a string of four wins, the Boiling Springs Bubblers's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They took a 59-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Middletown. Boiling Springs was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Middletown apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Boiling Springs' loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brandon Ascione, who scored ten points. Brayden Richie was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
