Basketball Game Preview: Perham Yellowjackets vs. Thief River Falls Prowlers

Perham is 8-2 against Thief River Falls since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Perham Yellowjackets will take on the Thief River Falls Prowlers at 7:30 p.m. Perham is coming into the game hot, having won their last seven games.

Warroad typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Thief River Falls proved too difficult a challenge. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 62-61 win over the Warriors.

As for Thief River Falls, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Perham strolled past Thief River Falls in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a score of 68-50. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Thief River Falls' Bridger Wilcox, who went 6-for-14 on his way to 17 points and five steals.
