Everything went their way against the Mooseheart Red Ramblers on Tuesday as the Christian Liberty Chargers made off with a 77-53 win. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 22 points or more this season.
Several Red Ramblers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was John McGowin, who went 8 for 13 on his way to 21 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Nishi Amos, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 12 points and five steals.
Christian Liberty's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31 points. As for Mooseheart, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-9.
