The Klein Cain Hurricanes will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tomball Cougars at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, Klein Cain kept a clean sheet against Klein Collins. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Tigers and snuck past 1-0.
Meanwhile, Tomball can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. Everything went their way against Klein Collins as Tomball made off with a 4-0 win. Given Tomball's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 55th, while Klein Collins is ranked 313th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Tomball hit Klein Collins with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from

Cara Beth Cooley, and
Avery Kelley.
Klein Cain's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Tomball, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2-1.
