Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Despite the loss, Kwigillingok still got an impressive performance from Caiden Nichols, who scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson John, who scored 12 points.
Kwigillingok bumped their record down to 0-2 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Akula Elitnaurvik, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
