Galena's loss dropped their record down to 26-6. As for Pontiac, the  win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 23-7.
 Galena wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  2-0  victory against River Ridge on the 23rd. As for Pontiac, they have also already played their next contest,  a  2-0  defeat against Cissna Park on the 18th.
