It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Auburn had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They blew past the Opelika Bulldogs 64-35. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 24 points or more this season.

It was another big night for BRAYLEE WINFREY, who went 10 for 13 on her way to 25 points and seven steals. Her morning made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was BROOKE HALLMAN, who posted ten points and six steals.

The win was the eighth in a row for Auburn, bringing their record for this year to 24-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.9 points per game. As for Opelika, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-20 record this season.

As of now, neither Auburn nor Opelika have any future games scheduled.
