Glenbrook's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Ringgold with a sharp 10-0 win. The Apaches haven't had any issues with the Redskins recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Darron Hollingsworth was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two triples, two runs, and two RBI. He has become a key player for Glenbrook: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 1-12 otherwise. Ryan Reagan was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Glenbrook was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .455. The last time their batting average was this high was back in March of 2025.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Plain Dealing faced off against Doyline on Friday. The Lions narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Panthers 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Lions have posted since February 24, 2025.
The team relied heavily on Cade DeMoss, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Marion Baker-Shepard, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs.
Glenbrook's win bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Plain Dealing, the victory was their first on the road, bumping their record up to 4-7-1.
