The Plant Panthers won the last time they faced the Robinson Knights, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Plant walked away with a 48-41 win over Robinson.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Plant to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sanae Graham, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds. Those 15 points set a new season-high mark for her. The team also got some help courtesy of Jazlyn Bowman, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds.
Plant's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game. As for Robinson, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3.
Plant will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Forest at 6:00 p.m. on December 16th. Robinson won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Newsome at 8:00 p.m. on December 13th.
