South had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They got past Bay View/Conservatory of Lifelong Learning with less than a touchdown to spare, ending up at 38-34. After losing to Bay View/Conservatory of Lifelong Learning the last time they met, South decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. This was the first game for both teams, giving South a 1-0 record and starting Bay View/Conservatory of Lifelong Learning off at 0-1.
