The Living Water Homeschool Marlins suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Saturday. They were beaten by Northside L 64-29. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Living Water Homeschool has scored all season.
Northside L was led to victory by JOEY HEASTON and DUKE KARNES. HEASTON scored 19 points along with three steals and two blocks, while KARNES scored 20 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of CAM BRUNK, who scored eight points along with five assists and four steals.
This is the second loss in a row for Living Water Homeschool and nudges their season record down to 10-7. As for Northside L, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-4.
Living Water Homeschool will square off against FAITH HomeSchool at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. FAITH HomeSchool will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 526th in Michigan, while Living Water Homeschool is ranked 262nd in Indiana). Northside L will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th. Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 60.2 points per game.
