The Clyde Bulldogs put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 77-51 margin over Abilene Christian. With Clyde ahead 40-19 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Abilene Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Carson Schwiethale, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Camp, who scored 12 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 steals.
Clyde's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Abilene Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.
Clyde is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Abilene at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th. As for Abilene Christian, they will square off against Tioga at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
