Prestonwood Christian won against Bishop Lynch last Tuesday with seven runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. In other pitching news, Landon Murphy tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over six innings pitched. Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
Back at the plate, Aiden Moffitt was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February. Cruz Banuelas also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.
