The North Park Wildcats will be playing at home against the West Grand Mustangs at 5:30  p.m.  on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
 North Park struggled with  assists last Saturday (Plateau Valley had eight more) and sadly the final score reflected it. North Park had to suffer through a rough  61-17 loss at the hands of Plateau Valley. North Park has struggled against Plateau Valley recently, as their  game last Saturday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
  Jace Cornelison was North Park's leading scorer, having posted eight points.   Cornelison held things down on the boards with eight rebounds.
 Meanwhile, West Grand's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their seventh straight loss. They were dealt a  59-17 defeat at the hands of De Beque. West Grand was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  40-10.
 North Park's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for West Grand, they bumped their record down to 1-7 with that  loss, which was their 12th straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Everything came up roses for North Park against West Grand in their previous matchup  back in February of 2023 as the  squad secured a  61-28 win. With North Park ahead  38-10 at the half, the  matchup was all but over already.
