After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pittsburg, Benicia was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Alhambra Bulldogs. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.
While Benicia won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-17, 26-24.
